Besides being just delicious, fruits and vegetables play a very important role in our daily diet. They are rich in vitamins and essential minerals that help maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and they are extremely low in calories. Due to the high fiber content, fruits and vegetables ensure a long-lasting feeling of satiety and, with their high water content, help us to supply the body with sufficient fluids.

What is particularly important to us: creating awareness for healthy food so that our customers can enjoy the benefits of a wholesome and balanced diet every day. For this reason, we promote the path of the 5 colors of well-being as part of our catering service, with the aim of sensitizing adults and children to the importance of these foods.
 
Each category of fruits and vegetables has different abilities. In order to make the best possible use of the advantages of these foods, a varied consumption of fruits and vegetables of various colors is recommended. red, Yellow-orange, green, Blue-purple and White are color shades of food that are characterized by various natural pigments.
