What are life and death

Life and death theme week - on old and new ways!

The LIFE AND DEATH is a good opportunity to deal with the issues at the end of life. From Saturday to Saturday, May 1 to 8, 2021, “LIFE AND TOD” will not take place as a face-to-face event at MESSE BREMEN, but for the first time digitally with a whole themed week. Whether readings, interviews or workshops - the online event offers daily input in dealing with the topics of life, dying, mourning and death. Many of the contributions are available free of charge as videos on the website for 24 hours. The readings include such prominent names as Cornelia Funke and Ralph Caspers, who reflect their personal experiences with death in their latest books.

You can also take a look around in a kind of virtual trade fair: the themed worlds. In the areas of hospice, palliative care, bereavement support, spirituality, funeral culture and life and death, both commercial providers, e.g. of hand-made urns or funeral jewelry, as well as associations and self-help groups, churches and publishers present themselves. You will also find new, digital services such as online grief counseling or virtual relaxation offers at the online fair. If you like, you can contact the exhibitors via live chat - some can even be spoken to via video chat.

Many contributions are free of charge for 24 hours a day. If you would like to experience the entire program including the live day, you can register on the LEBEN UND TOD website.
