How does the German Ethics Council actually work, Professor Buyx?

Immunity card is and will remain a fraudulent label

AK tests are used to validate typical IgM, IgG, and rarely IgA antibodies for SARS-CoV-2 infections / COVID-19 diseases, and detect them in the patient's serum for sensitivity / specificity.

Interpretations require medical, infectious, laboratory expertise.

If no positive result appears, the patient either has no antibodies or has not had any contact with SARS-CoV-2. Or it would be highly infectious because it does not form antibodies in the early stages of the disease. This can only be recognized / excluded by the specific, current pathogen detection by means of PCR, which, however, becomes negative again after 10-14 days.

If, on the other hand, the test turns out positive, the patient is either still highly infectious (PCR detection?) Because he is in the late phase of the acute illness. Or he went through the COVID-19 disease, is probably immune or has cross-reacting antibodies against other coronaviruses.

It is forgotten that in addition to the humoral AK formation, which diminishes over time, there is also T-cell immunity. This protects with its memory function even without persistent AK evidence.

The immunity card debate is degenerating more and more into a playground for infectious amateurs, profile neurotics, "health" wise men, health literacy apologists, WISO experts, do-gooders, paramedical "specialist" experts and amateur actors in politics, media, science and society .

The German Ethics Council would do well to strictly reject a SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19 immunity card as discrimination. The alleged risk assessment is scientifically and empirically unsecured knowledge. Risky behavior / wrong example are thus habitually incorrectly programmed hygienically and preventively. All other, clinically and infectiously relevant infectious diseases would have to be taken into account because of the principle of equal treatment!
