Another tip from Dr. Bürgel: "With everything you do, ask yourself whether it is a good thing. Can your actions bring you or others something good? Is there a good intention behind it?" Incidentally, this applies not only to our actions, but also to our thinking .
3. Take your wellbeing into your own hands
"This is so extremely important because your good memories and feelings offset the negative effects on your body and mind," says Dr. Bürgel. This means that if you are currently experiencing something joyful or thinking something beautiful or bringing it into your consciousness, you can regenerate faster and are faster fit for new challenges. Incidentally, this effect has even been medically confirmed. There are reports of cases in which the sick recover much faster if they harbor positive thoughts - consciously as well as unconsciously.

5. Appreciate everything you have
In order not to lose sight of gratitude, some coaches recommend keeping a gratitude diary in which you write down every evening what positive things happened to you during the day and what you want to thank from the bottom of your heart.
