A training company that almost never takes on its trainees should make you puzzled. That could be an indication that the training company is dissatisfied with the quality of its own teaching and prefers to get experts from outside. There is no guarantee of a takeover anywhere, but you can find out if you can find information on the takeover rate of the individual training companies on the Internet. This gives you clues about your future prospects in a company after your apprenticeship.
