When does physical strength reach its peak?

Orgasmic disorders in women

When do we speak of an orgasm disorder?

If the sexual climax is not reached or only very delayed with sufficient stimulation and pleasure and this happens again and again over a longer period of time, one speaks of orgasm disorders *).

There are many possible causes of orgasm disorders in women. The assessment is accordingly multifaceted. If there are any faults, the following should be checked

  • Has an orgasm never been experienced or did an orgasm disorder only occur in the course of one's own sexual development?
  • Does the disorder occur only sometimes - depending on the situation - or is it constant?
  • Isn't the climax reached through masturbation either?
  • Does the orgasm fail regardless of the partner?

What causes can lead to orgasm disorders?

»Physical causes: Physical causes should be considered if a woman suddenly cannot orgasm without other psychological reasons.

  • Neurological diseases;
  • Consequences of diseases such as diabetes, tumors, inflammation;
  • Testosterone deficit, thyroid, adrenal and pituitary disorders;
  • Consequence of taking medication, psychotropic drugs;
  • Consequence of drugs, alcohol;
  • Lack of affection;
  • Missing sexual attractiveness of partner;
  • Ignorance of preferred technique or position;
  • Disregard or ignorance of mutual preferences in sex;
  • Too much concentration on orgasm alone without enjoying pleasure;
  • Belief in false sex myths (e.g., mature, vaginal orgasm);

»Mental causes: They are most commonly responsible for orgasm disorders, and they include:

  • Unprocessed internal conflicts;
  • Disorder of personality structure;
  • Instinctual conflicts;
  • Relationship fears;
  • Fears of conscience;
  • Couple dynamics;
  • Traumatic experiences in childhood;

One can assume that not one factor alone plays a role, but that many individual factors come into play because of the complexity of the female orgasm. For example, fears mostly take place in the unconscious. Experiences from childhood, conflicts in the mother-daughter or father-daughter relationship can play a role. Fear of losing control is seen as an important factor. The increased introspection can lead to the fact that the increase in arousal is inhibited up to the climax.

The boundaries between "normal" and the presence of a disorder are sometimes quite arbitrary in orgasm disorders. The transitions here are certainly fluid, and there are no clear boundaries. A woman can judge for herself whether she feels sexually satisfied or not, regardless of standards presented to her by others or through the media.

What can you do with orgasm disorders?

If a woman finds it a problem not being able to reach sexual climax, she should first seek advice from a sex therapist. There are many treatment options that can be chosen depending on the individual problem. It is important that in the course of the discussions with the therapist the woman understands for herself that there is no such thing as a "correct" orgasm and only one "correct sexuality", but that she can determine for herself what is right. She can learn what makes her feel good and how to achieve orgasm.

That’s what woman stands for man

  • Unconscious attraction

    Men with broad shoulders and narrow hips find women attractive. But not only that: You can find out what women consciously and, above all, unconsciously still pay attention to in our click route.
  • Women see red

    Red is a signal color - this also applies to women who are looking for men. A study shows that men with red T-shirts catch the women's eye more positively than when they wear green. One reason could be that the red color is subconsciously associated with a higher social status. So men - more courage to use color!
  • Smart men can score

    Women prefer men who have something in their heads - this applies to long relationships as well as to the choice of partners for short affairs. What is strange is that women do not seem to be aware of this preference, found an American study.
  • The size counts

    An Australian study recently found that the length of the penis does play a role for women. An average of 3 inches was found to be particularly attractive. However, this characteristic is also dependent on the general build of the man - tall men with broad shoulders and narrow hips could achieve more effect with a larger figure than slim men with the same penis length.
  • Symmetry makes man look good

    Those who have symmetrical facial features are more successful with the opposite sex. British researchers found that symmetry is also attractive for the rest of the body. Accordingly, harmonious body shapes indicate a good health status and thus a potentially suitable "mating partner". For men, broad shoulders, shorter legs and a tall body are also beneficial.
  • Child love can be seen in the face

    Women can tell from the face of men how fond of children they are. This has a major impact on how attractive women find men. How women recognize this is not yet clear to research. So far we only know that distinctive facial features and a deep voice indicate a high testosterone level in men. By the way, such gentlemen are particularly interesting for women for a hot affair.
  • Dancing to success

    Lithe dancers do well with women. Through the nature of the dance moves, they can gain knowledge about the health, physical strength and reproductive ability of men. Particularly successful were those who showed a flexible neck, a flexible trunk and a fast pace in the dance movement of the right knee.
  • Cool guys get their turn

    A radiant smile, one would think, is the perfect way to start flirting with a woman. Not at all! Women are much more impressed by cool or shy guys who - if at all - only smile cautiously. This was recently confirmed by a British study. Incidentally, it is different with men: they are easy to win with a smile with sparkling teeth.
  • A matter of taste chest hair

    Impenetrable jungle of hair or clear-cutting - the hair on the male chest is always subject to discussion. Women who take the pill seem to prefer the hairless variant, while women after the menopause prefer fur. For men, shaving or letting them grow is a question of the target group targeted.
  • Defense written on the face

    The clout of their immune system can be seen in men - at least, women subconsciously evaluate it accordingly. Accordingly, pictures of men with a good immune system were particularly attractive to women. This was apparently recognizable by the fat percentage on the face - rather chubby faces could not score as much and also had poorer immune values.
  • Fluctuating attractiveness

    Women prefer a different type of man during their fertile days than during the rest of the cycle. If they could potentially have offspring, the women are particularly into macho types. Without these "hormone glasses" they prefer to rely on reliable, softer-looking men. Researchers suspect that it is possible that it is not developmentally worthwhile to let a mating option slip by.
